How job listings are submitted and reviewed on MyDealNinja

How employers submit vacancies, what MyDealNinja reviews before publication, where applications go, and how to report a suspicious job listing.

Employers can submit a vacancy through a form. A submission does not appear on the Jobs page automatically: it enters a private response sheet, and a person must approve it before it appears in the public listings feed. This page explains each step, what our review does and does not cover, and how to protect yourself when you apply.

What an employer submits

The form asks for the details a jobseeker needs to judge a role before applying: job title, company and company website, location and country, work mode (on-site, hybrid or remote), job type, category, salary if the employer chooses to share it, a description, how to apply, and an optional closing date. It also asks for a contact email so we can reach the employer about the submission.

Posting is free for employers. We do not sell placements, rank listings for payment, or charge applicants.

What the review covers

Before approving a listing, we look for a clear job title, company, location or remote arrangement, job type, description and usable application route. We check for obvious warning signs such as requests for registration fees, deposits or payment for an interview. We can decline an incomplete or suspicious submission or ask the employer for clarification.

This is an editorial review, not a guarantee of an employer's identity, workplace conditions, salary, or hiring outcome. We do not interview candidates, verify certificates, run background checks or take part in hiring decisions. Job details may change after publication. Applicants should independently check the employer, read the full role and use care with personal information. Our fake job offer guide lists practical warning signs.

How approved jobs appear

Only approved rows are copied to the public listings feed, which the Jobs page reads. Each job shows its title, company, location, work mode, type and category, with a detail page for the full description and application route. Jobs in your country and city are shown first, based on the approximate location of your internet connection; we do not store it. You can also filter by category, country and job type yourself.

Where applications go

Each listing points to the application method supplied for that vacancy, usually the employer's own careers page or email. MyDealNinja does not collect applications, charge applicants, or ask anyone to pay to secure an interview or offer. The employer's contact email from the submission form is kept out of the public listings feed.

Protect yourself when you apply

  • Check the company's own website and confirm the role appears there or that the email domain matches the company.
  • Never pay a registration, training, uniform, equipment or "security deposit" fee to get a job.
  • Don't share bank PINs, OTPs or card details. A genuine employer needs bank details only after you are hired, for salary.
  • Be wary of interviews held only on chat apps, offers made without any interview, and pressure to decide immediately.
  • Share identity documents only when you have a written offer from a verified employer, and only what is needed.

For government-run job listings and career information in India, the Ministry of Labour and Employment's National Career Service portal is a free alternative.

If you are targeted by a job scam

If you have lost money, call the cybercrime helpline 1930 and file a report on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, then tell your bank. If you received a suspicious call, SMS or WhatsApp message but have not lost money, you can report it through Chakshu on Sanchar Saathi, which asks for reports within 30 days. Please also tell us if the message mentioned MyDealNinja.

When a job closes

Listings with a closing date stop appearing in the job board after that date. If you find an expired or broken application link, or a job that asks for money, report it to us with the job title and link so we can review or remove it. Browse current jobs, or read our guide on finding genuine remote work.

Prices, offers and job listings change. Always check the retailer's or employer's own page before you buy or apply.
