This policy explains what information MyDealNinja (mydealninja.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. MyDealNinja is run by Nikhil Rai, who decides how the personal information described here is used and is responsible for it. Questions: [email protected].
1. Information you give us
- Confessions and anonymous questions (Confessions, Ask, NA and Navyug Radiance pages): the text you write and any optional handle you add. Some forms also send the time, your browser type, operating system, device type and language. We do not ask for your name. Please do not include personal details about yourself or others.
- Job alerts: name, email, phone number, LinkedIn or resume link and the role you want.
- Surveys and sign-ups (for example launch notifications): your answers and, only if you choose, your name, email and phone.
- Amora (our dating app finder at /amora/): email is required before recommendations are shown; name is optional. When you submit with consent, we save your email, optional name, 18+ confirmation, storage and email-update consent choices, the consent wording/version, timestamp, source page and a request ID in a private Google Sheet. We use these to record and manage your request. Quiz answers stay in your browser and are not saved with your contact details. Future Amora emails require the separate optional email-updates checkbox. You can withdraw that permission or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We do not add IP addresses, location or device details to lead records, or pass contact details to dating apps or affiliate networks. Site analytics and hosting still process usage and delivery data as described below. Records from the earlier Amora page were cleared from the active lead sheet on 1 October 2026; Google version history was not purged.
- Credit help (/credit-help/): your name, mobile number, optional city and optional self-reported score range, the help you chose, your preferred contact method, your 18+ confirmation and consent (with the consent wording/version), timestamp, source page and a request ID, saved in a private Google Sheet. We use these only to contact you about the help you selected, by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp. We do not share them with lenders or any other company; if we ever want to, we will ask you separately and name the company first. We are not a lender and do not access your credit report. Reply STOP or email [email protected] to withdraw consent; we then stop contacting you and delete your details.

Form submissions are stored using Google Forms and Google Apps Script / Google Sheets, which are operated by Google.
2. Information collected automatically
- Analytics: Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, Yandex Metrica and Microsoft Clarity help us understand how the site is used (pages visited, clicks, device and approximate location). Yandex Metrica and Microsoft Clarity can record page interactions such as clicks and scrolling.
- Advertising: we use Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised ads in Google Ad Settings, and learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Approximate location: when you open the Deals or Jobs pages, we ask Cloudflare, which delivers our site, for your approximate city, region and country (worked out from your IP address) so we can show offers for your country and jobs near you first. We do not store your IP address or location on our servers. The result is kept in your browser for the current visit, and if you pick a country yourself, that choice is remembered on your device until you change it or clear your browser data.
- Security and delivery: Cloudflare and our hosting provider process IP addresses and request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Cookies and local storage: used by the services above and to remember settings such as your chosen country.
3. How we use information
To run and improve the site, publish or answer submissions, send the job alerts you asked for, measure traffic, show ads, prevent abuse and respond to you. We do not sell the personal information you submit through our forms.
4. Affiliate links
Some deal links are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. We may also use affiliate networks such as CJ Affiliate and Awin. When you click an affiliate link, the store or network may set its own cookies to record that the visit came from us; their privacy policies apply to that data. We do not pass your name, email or other personal details to them. Prices and availability are set by the store and can change.
5. How long we keep it
We keep submissions and sign-up details only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics and advertising providers keep data according to their own policies.
6. Your choices and rights
- Ask us to access, correct or delete information you gave us by emailing [email protected]. For anonymous submissions, send the exact text so we can find it.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser, and opt out of personalised ads in Google Ad Settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, US state privacy laws, or the EU/UK GDPR) you may have additional rights. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children
MyDealNinja is not intended for children under 13, and Amora and the dating services it links to are only for adults 18+. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
