What we can and cannot do
- We can explain your credit report, show you how to dispute a wrong entry with the lender and the credit bureau, explain how secured (FD-backed) credit cards work, and point you to official sources.
- We are not a lender and we do not approve loans or cards. Any card or loan decision is made by the bank or lender, on their terms.
- Nobody can remove correct information from your credit report. Anyone who promises to "delete" a default or guarantees a score jump for a fee is a red flag.
- We never charge you and we will never ask for an OTP, PIN, password or an upfront payment.
How your details are used
We save only what you enter in this form, with your consent choice, in a private Google Sheet. We use it to contact you about the help you selected, by the method you prefer. We do not share your details with any lender or other company. If we ever want to, we will ask you separately and name the company first.
